Delivery & Ownership

We accept orders for worldwide delivery. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. We shall endeavour to dispatch the product to you within two working days (Monday to Friday) of you placing your order and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

As soon as the product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it.

Delivery Method

All items are normally despatched within two working days of placing your order and will be shipped in the most cost efficient way, which is normally:

UK: Low value orders will be send by 1st class post where orders with a value over £10.00 will be send by registered post. EU and Rest of the World: All orders will be send by registered post or courier company

After dispatch 4Longer Beauty Ltd or 4Longer Beauty Equipment Ltd will inform the customer by e-mail of the dispatch details.

The shipping cost are calculated on the website based on weight and destination and reflect a cost level close to the actual shipping charges.

If you require a special delivery, please contact 4Longer Beauty Ltd or 4Longer Beauty Equipment Ltd at time of ordering, after dispatch we can’t change the delivery method. Special delivery will lead to additional charges.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

If you are based outside of the U.K. then you are the importer of our products and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment (you) may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Service Team on as soon as possible.
